- Setup of the hosting of your domain name is supplied free with any package.
- A backup sheet of all master settings and basic instructions for using the domain name is also supplied free of charge.

Mono Server Extra Setup Option |
- If you wish to nominate up to five email addresses/passwords, and/or five ‘virtual’ email addresses/passwords, we will set them up for you on your domain name.
- We will then talk you through how to set up the email address on your computer (locally) and/or access emails by webmail over the phone.
- If more than one person (per domain name) needs help setting up their email address(es), additional fees apply as outlined below.
- Remote setup cost: $55 inc GST (up to 5 email addresses/passwords and/or five ‘virtual’ email addresses/passwords)
- Single phone call setup support (primary email address): $30 inc GST
- Single phone call setup support (per subsequent email address): $15 inc GST
